Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) invites you to join MPL's Strategic Planning, Training & Development as a Coordinating Analyst in Findlay, Ohio. This role partners with HR, Learning & Development, and leaders to support employee engagement, culture programs, leadership events, records management, and strategic communications.

You will analyze feedback and performance data, prepare materials for senior meetings, coordinate large-scale events, and drive continuous improvement through

Qualifications

Associate's degree required.
Two years of related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination and execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback programs.
Provide data analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Prepare materials, presentations, briefing documents, and logistics for leadership meetings and planning sessions.
Coordinate leadership conferences, employee meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions.
Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
