Qualifications

• Demonstrates advanced planning skills, organizational skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytics skills.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience OR Associate's with 4+ years OR HS/GED with 6+ years.
• Experience with procurement processes, pricing, PO/contract management, and supplier relations.
• Proficient use of MS Office; familiarity with Maximo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides procurement services including pricing validation, RFQs, terms, purchase orders, expediting, and invoice resolution.
• Promotes cost savings and inventory reduction through effective sourcing.
• Guides the business unit on procurement processes and sourcing options.
• Develops supplier relationships and ensures compliance with supplier agreements to realize value.
• Manages supplier performance analysis and related reports.
