Job summary

DNV GL USA, INC. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value M&A engagements across energy tech, delivering technical due diligence and advisory services for North American markets. The role combines project leadership with account growth, and develops PMs and APMs across the team.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with diverse internal experts to produce rigorous technical analyses aligned with client commercial needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary and multi-technology due diligence engagements, accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer confidence, and commercial outcomes.
• Identify technical risks and opportunities associated with potential investments, synthesize findings, and communicate their implications to customers.
• Lead and coordinate technical reviews among internal specialists, establish clear accountabilities, and resolve cross-discipline delivery issues.
• Provide senior oversight for due diligence execution, prioritizing QHSE considerations and ensuring a safe, healthy work environment across project teams.
• Mentor Project Managers and Associate Project Managers through project-based coaching and knowledge sharing.
