Job summary

Pioneer seeks a Principal Consultant - Energy & Infrastructure in Denver to lead major capital projects across generation, transmission and distribution. You’ll guide executive-facing engagements, build roadmaps, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver transformation programs.

You’ll bring 10+ years in program management, 5+ years in energy, and a proven track record driving client growth through strategic relationship building.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting experience (internal or external) required.
• 5+ years in energy industry experience.
• 10+ years PM/program management delivering large transformations (Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD).
• 5+ years in process improvement; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience leading a team and driving resolution with accountability.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to executives (verbal and written).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
• History of expanding client accounts and fostering growth.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client challenges.
• Demonstrated networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
