Job summary

TEEMA seeks a strategic Program Manager – End-User Services to join the Global Technology PMO in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will lead enterprise end-user programs across laptop hardware, collaboration tools, ITSM, and digital workplace initiatives to deliver secure, productive employee experiences from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.
• 7–10 years of Agile project/program management experience in technology initiatives, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management and risk management skills.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream IT programs including Helpdesk and ServiceNow delivery.
• Strong understanding of end-user technologies and services: Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365/Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow.
• PMI/CSPO/CSM or similar project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise end-user services and digital workplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, GTech, and vendor teams to align programs with strategic goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies with transparent reporting.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams and integration points to meet deliverables.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including communications and training materials.
• Coordinate internal, external, client, or third-party resources to achieve outcomes.
• Track budget, spend, resources, and reserves; report variances.
• Monitor risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Provide regular status updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Challenge and influence colleagues to drive value and align with firm strategies.
