DTCC is seeking a Strategy & Enablement Senior Associate in our hybrid New Jersey office. You will lead analytics-driven workstreams, develop executive materials, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

You will collaborate with leaders across business, technology, and functions to drive measurable outcomes and enterprise value. The role requires 6+ years of strategy experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or business transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated experience independently structuring and conducting research and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Set the analytical approach for assigned workstreams, including scoping and research design.
• Shape and develop executive-level materials, strategic narratives, and recommendations for senior leadership and board-level decision-making.
• Connect signals across initiatives, functions, and external market developments to surface patterns and implications.
• Drive clear bi-directional communication across diverse stakeholders to clarify objectives and timelines.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable business and technology initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Support the design and enablement of strategic programs that maximize value realization and impact.
• Run governance routines and performance metrics to guide execution and accountability.
• Support operational and client-facing change strategies to build capabilities and adoption.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and drive rigor across strategy processes.
