The function connects strategic planning, program and initiative design, strategic roadmaps, decision-making frameworks, and value realization to translate strategic objectives into disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes. Through this work, the team drives organizational alignment, strengthens accountability, and enables informed decision-making to deliver strategic outcomes and long-term enterprise value.

As a Strategy & Enablement Senior Associate, you will independently lead assigned workstreams that support the development of enterprise strategy and the translation of strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Partnering with leaders across business, technology, and functional teams, you will shape analytical approaches, develop recommendations, and drive workstreams from initial scoping through executive-level output and execution planning.

The ideal candidate works with a high degree of independence, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and can navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and establish a path forward when direction is not fully defined.

  • Shape and develop executive-level materials, strategic narratives, and recommendations that inform senior leadership and board-level decision-making.
  • Connect signals across initiatives, functions, and external market developments to surface patterns, dependencies, and implications leaders may not have asked about.
  • Drive clear bi-directional communication across a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to clarify objectives, timelines, and required outcomes
  • Support the translation of enterprise strategic objectives into actionable business and technology initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans for assigned priorities.
  • Support the design and enablement of strategic programs and initiatives that maximize value realization and business impact.
  • Run governance routines, decision-making processes, and performance metrics that guide execution and drive accountability, and identify and recommend enhancements based on execution needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to support operational and client-facing change strategies that build required capabilities and support adoption.
  • Provide guidance to more junior team members, and drive consistency, rigor, and continuous improvement across Strategy & Enablement processes and outputs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or business transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience independently structuring and conducting research and analysis, translating findings into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise shaping executive-level materials, strategic narratives, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including slide design, data visualization, quantitative analysis, and storytelling.
  • Experience providing guidance, quality review, or informal leadership to junior team members preferred.
Talents Needed For Success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently frame ambiguous problems, establish an analytical approach, and develop defensible recommendations.
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to shape concise executive narratives and communicate recommendations credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort with pace and iteration, with the ability to rapidly develop an initial point of view and refine it into an executive-ready recommendation.
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and consistently produce high‑quality outputs.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to connect enterprise priorities, market dynamics, and business outcomes and translate those connections into implications for leaders.
  • Resourcefulness and comfort navigating ambiguity, with the ability to create structure, exercise judgment, and establish a path forward when direction is limited.
  • Big-picture orientation, with the ability to zoom out to enterprise context and back down to the detail without losing either.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying better ways of working and strengthening team processes and outputs.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across business and functional teams.
  • Accountability and reliability, with the ability to take ownership of workstream outcomes, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and drive work through completion.
