Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, five years in sales learning and development preferred.
• Series 7, 63, 24, 65 or 66 certification required.
• Proven ability to design effective onboarding and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and consulting enablement roadmap.
• Measure and improve effectiveness based on metrics.
