You will lead go-to-market activation, sales enablement, commercialization, and learning programs, driving readiness, messaging, coaching, and performance insights across sales, relationship management, and consultant relations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services or related commercial environments.
• Experience leading go-to-market activation, sales enablement or business transformation.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
