Omega Law Group in California seeks an Employment Case Manager to support the Employment Law Department by guiding clients and attorneys through the lifecycle of employment matters. You will be the primary contact for case status, collect information, coordinate communications, and help move claims from intake to resolution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, empathetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience in legal support or case management is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for case status and information.
• Gather and organize case-related documents and records.
• Coordinate communications and deadlines within the team.
