Tanium is seeking an Employment Counsel to join its legal team. You will act as a trusted advisor to the People team and business stakeholders, handling a broad range of U.S. employment matters in a fast-paced global tech environment.

The role requires a JD, active state bar, and at least 5 years of employment law experience, with responsibility for investigations, policy updates, and advising on AI-related employment issues. This is a hybrid position across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant employment law experience in law firm or in-house
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and investigations experience

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic advice to People team and business stakeholders on a broad range of U.S. employment issues
• Oversee internal workplace investigations and respond to complaints and audits
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents and templates
• Develop, review, and update employment policies and HR guidelines
• Advise on legal issues arising from the use of AI tools in recruiting and employment practices
• Deliver employment-related training to the People team and managers
• Monitor and communicate developments in employment law and business implications
