Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law by the North Carolina State Bar.
• Four years of progressively responsible professional legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret vendor contracts, MOUs, and grant agreements.
• Provide guidance on policy development, regulatory compliance, and administrative governance.
