ATHENA Consulting is seeking an Employer Relations Specialist in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role focuses on building strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and connect job seekers with meaningful employment.

You will collaborate with businesses and case management staff to support placements, monitor employer satisfaction, and help advance candidates in high-demand industries. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of work experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting.
• Sales or staffing experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and connect job seekers with employment.
