Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with substantial relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of related HR experience or equivalent according to Edwards criteria.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct complex investigations and review deviations from policies and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on employee relations matters including coaching, performance management, discipline actions.
• Spearhead regional employee relations initiatives and programs; analyze trends and deliver actionable solutions.
• Analyze and interpret employee relations data to uncover insights and present findings to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale employee relations processes and champion technology usage.
