Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior-level internal communications leader to develop and deliver communications that promote clarity, alignment, and engagement across the organization. You will oversee content for multiple employee segments, collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams, and ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate EVP.

The role requires 7+ years in internal or corporate communications, including 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

  • Aligns internal messaging with organizational culture, values, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Manages vendor and budget needs related to employee communications activities.

Job Summary

Education Qualifications
  • Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
  • Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field, including 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity required.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Certifications and Licenses: Communication Management Professional (CMP) or Accredited in Public Relations (APR) certification preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range: $124,000.00- $186,000.00
