Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; able to conduct virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess insurance needs, risk exposure, and goals.
• Recommend coverage, terms, and carriers; prepare tailored proposals.
• Source quotes from multiple carriers and present options clearly.
• Develop sales plans to exceed new business and growth goals.
• Prospect via referrals, networking, and outreach to grow book of business.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and centers of influence.
• Stay current with market trends, carrier offerings, and regulations.
• Track sales activities and KPIs to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and policy servicing.
