Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks a client services professional to manage a small-to-medium book of business for lower-complexity clients. You will be the primary contact, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance and documented service standards are met.

Responsibilities include reviewing Client Associates’ work, resolving claims and billing issues, and supporting teammates. A values-driven role with growth opportunities in a Midwest-based firm.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with OE guide applications and Salesforce.
• Awareness of core market dynamics and client segments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business for lower-complexity clients with standardized service.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and service expectations are met.
• Review work by Client Associates before delivery to clients.
• Resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues with internal support teams.
• Coach peers or junior staff as needed.
• Support IMA’s values, including diversity, equity and inclusion.
