Job summary

Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor in Houston to partner with mid-size to large organizations, delivering strategic, consultative benefits solutions.

You will build a book of business, win new clients, and manage existing relationships with a focus on superior client experience. You’ll work with executives to customize benefits programs, explain options, and drive renewals while leveraging BCH resources and carrier partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Employee Benefits experience.
• Mid-to-large employee benefits sales experience strongly preferred.
• General Lines – Life, Accident & Health & HMO license required or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• Strong understanding of funding mechanisms and coverage options.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, pursue, and win new Employee Benefits business aligned with BCH’s ideal client profile.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and turn prospects into long-term client relationships.
• Manage and service an existing book of business while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Meet with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and evaluate their benefits programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, explaining coverage options and recommending customized Employee Benefits solutions.
• Develop and present benefits strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional solutions and coverage.
• Ensure smooth and timely renewals while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carrier partners to deliver effective solutions for clients.
