Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Employee Benefits experience.
  • Mid-to-large employee benefits sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with all funding mechanisms: fully insured, level-funded, self-funded.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build executive relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex insurance placements with accuracy.
  • Independent yet collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify, pursue, and win new Employee Benefits business aligned with BCH’s ideal client profile.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and service an existing book of business, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Meet with clients to understand needs and evaluate benefits programs.
  • Explain coverage options and recommend customized Employee Benefits solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored benefits strategies for each client.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships with additional solutions and coverage.
  • Ensure smooth renewals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver effective solutions.

Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional who thrives on building relationships and helping businesses design smarter, more effective benefits strategies?

Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. (BCH) is growing and seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor to partner with mid-size to large organizations and deliver strategic, consultative benefits solutions.

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on advising business leaders, generating new business, and building long-term client partnerships. Youll have the opportunity to build and grow your book of business by winning new clients while managing, retaining, and expanding existing relationships. Youll have the support, resources, collaboration, and reputation of BCH behind you as you grow your business with a respected Texas-based independent insurance brokerage.

What Youll Do

What Were Looking For
  • 3–5 years of Employee Benefits experience
  • Mid-to-large employee benefits sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in all funding mechanisms; i.e. fully insured, level-funded and self-funded
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products, insurance policies, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and manage complex insurance placements with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • General Lines – Life, Accident & Health & HMO license required or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Insurance designations a plus.
