Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee benefits account management, consulting, or related client service experience.
• Experience managing employee benefits renewals, open enrollment, and carrier marketing processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities with organization and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships as the primary contact for an assigned book of employee benefits clients.
• Lead renewal and open enrollment activities, including employee presentations and carrier coordination.
• Analyze renewal options, benchmarking data, and claims reporting to inform decisions.
• Coordinate RFP processes, carrier submissions, and internal workflows.
• Deliver proactive consultative service by resolving issues and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
