This role supports emergency management operations through information sharing and regional planning. The position emphasizes GIS-enabled analysis of supply chains and economic impacts, plus development of cross-sector strategies to enhance resilience during disasters.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree.
• Six years of experience in emergency disaster management or related field.
• Experience using GIS (ArcGIS) to analyze supply chain, business and economic impacts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate relationship-building between SLTT governments and key stakeholders within FEMA Region 8.
• Coordinate information-sharing on major business and local utilities during emergencies.
• Develop collaborative actions with business and industry partners in disaster-impacted regions.
• Serve as a conduit between federal government and regional business entities.
• Engage with regional partners to assess capabilities and align regional plans.
