Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited school or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in AI legal, governance, or privacy compliance support.
• Experience advising on technology product counseling, technology transactions, eCommerce, or IP for digital products.
• Minimum 4+ years practicing law in-house or at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded product counsel for Lowe’s technology products throughout the lifecycle.
• Advise on legal and operational risks in product development, tech implementation, and digital experiences.
• Operationalize legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for engineering and product teams.
• Develop scalable governance frameworks and operational standards for responsible innovation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Privacy, HR, and other functions to support enterprise initiatives.
