Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years practicing law in a law firm or in-house.
• Experience in AI governance, privacy, product counseling, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded product and technology counsel to Lowe’s technology teams.
• Advise on legal, operational, and regulatory risks across product lifecycle.
• Translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for engineering and product teams.
• Develop scalable governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Privacy, HR and other functions.
