Lowe’s Corporate Counsel – Product & Technology based at our Mooresville headquarters provides embedded legal support to Lowe’s technology organization. You’ll guide digital initiatives, AI governance, privacy, and compliance across enterprise projects, partnering with product, engineering, and business teams.

As a strategic partner, you’ll translate complex regulatory concepts into actionable guidance, support scalable governance, and help balance speed with risk management.

Formación

• J.D. required or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
• 4+ years practicing law in a law firm or in-house.
• Experience in AI governance, privacy, technology product counseling, or technology transactions.
• Experience in retail, digital, or technology company is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide embedded legal counsel for Lowe's technology products and platforms.
• Advise on AI, privacy, governance, and regulatory matters affecting technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology, product, engineering and cross-functional teams to manage legal risk.
• Translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for fast-moving projects.
