• Strong sourcing acumen and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI with data analysis skills.

• Establish and execute global sourcing strategies to maximize operating profit.
• Identify alternate sources to create supplier competition and negotiate terms.
• Develop supplier alliances through contract negotiations and partnerships.
• Measure supplier performance and improve service and satisfaction.
• Mitigate risk with signed mid-form agreements and regulatory compliance.
• Rationalize supply base to support supply chain strategy.
• Facilitate supply-to-consume processes and Kanban stabilization.
• Manage commodity spend and establish blanket purchase orders.
