Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to provide research, analysis, and rapid plans support for USINDOPACOM J3 IJFC. Location: Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. The position requires TS clearance eligibility and senior-level EW experience.

You will support strategic planning, briefings, and development of EW concepts to ensure freedom of action across the Indo-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years EW experience or equivalent
• 3+ years at a Combatant Command or equivalent HQ
• 3+ years in the Indo-Pacific area of operations
• Familiar with PACOM TCP, Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and OPLANs
• Experience writing reports, graphics, and information papers

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level strategic planning and briefings for USPACOM and USARPAC.
• Research and analyze EW-related national security policies, strategies and assessments.
• Identify operational EW concerns and help develop new concepts and capabilities.
• Work embedded with the USPACOM JEMSO cell at USARPAC.
