Job summary

CACI International Inc in the United States is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare Planner to join a program delivering advisory, training, and operational support to mission partners worldwide. You will plan EW activities and integrate them with cyber, information, fires, and maneuver to shape the operational environment.

Required: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in EW planning, and 7+ years in military planning processes.

Qualifications

• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field
• 5+ years of Electronic Warfare planning experience
• 7+ years of military planning process experience
• Experience briefing senior decision makers

Responsibilities

• Plans electronic attack, protection, and support activities to align electromagnetic effects with operational objectives and commander priorities
• Integrates EW effects with cyber, information, fires, and maneuver to shape the operational environment
• Develops EW concepts of employment and formal planning inputs (OPLAN, CONPLAN, OPORD, etc.)
• Analyzes adversary electromagnetic dependencies, vulnerabilities, and threat systems
• Coordinates EW planning with joint, interagency, and multinational partners
• Evaluates EW effectiveness and operational risk and recommends adjustments
• Assist in JEMSO management
• Supports the implementation and operation of a JEMSO cell
