Job summary

Knight Electric, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Agent to support procurement across electrical construction projects in the United States. You will source, quote, and place purchase orders for materials and equipment, while managing vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

The role requires strong negotiation, attention to detail, and proficiency with procurement software and Excel. This full-time position is based in the Justin, TX office with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Source and place purchase orders for electrical materials to meet project schedules.
• Obtain and analyze competitive quotes for material requisitions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and coordinate deliveries.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new supplier.
• Track order status and expediting shipments to avoid project delays.
