Job summary

BD is seeking an EHS Multi-Site Leader to oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety for multiple sites, driving strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will mentor site EHS teams, implement central EHS programs, and partner with leadership to embed safety across the BD network.

Travel (~25-40%) is required. A BS in Environmental Science/Engineering/Occupational Health & Safety or related field is required, with strong leadership and communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the EHS BU strategy, harmonizing with Global Central EHS strategy and site leaders.
• Manages EHS resourcing at site level and recruits Site EHS Leaders.
• Provides input on site priorities to BD leadership and ensures compliance with regulations.
