Responsibilities

• Write up export orders.
• Pre-plan exports to save eggs for export orders and other orders.
• Coordinate with line crew on how to run export orders.
• Work with the receiving associate on scheduling eggs.
• Oversee TSA records, paperwork, and certification validity.
• Monitor inventory and shipments across multiple depots.
• On-call evenings and weekends as required.
• Communicate to optimize egg use and prevent losses due to egg age.
