Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Strategic Effects Intelligence Planner to support national security objectives within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional analytical ability, and the capability to influence decision makers.

The candidate must hold a TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in DoD/IC, and 5+ years in MILDEC, Perception Management, or OPSEC. Travel to Honolulu may be required.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility at time of application.
Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience supporting the DoD or IC.
5+ years in MILDEC, Perception Management, Offensive Counterintelligence, or OPSEC.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
Experience in preparing reports and presentations for decision makers.
Familiarity with executive-level advising and interactions.
Ability to work independently or in diverse teams.
One or more DoW training courses (or equivalent).
Ability to report to Honolulu, HI, as needed.

Responsibilities

Create and oversee complex campaigns using advanced stratagems and technologies.
Plan discreet activities and recommend tech applications to achieve long-range objectives.
Provide objective information and analysis for strategic resource decisions in high-threat environments.
Coordinate with multiple US government departments to overcome bureaucratic obstacles.
Prepare and deliver executive briefings, reports, and summary papers with clear recommendations.
