Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Strategic Effects Intelligence Planner to lead expert analysis and strategic planning for national defense initiatives.

You will advise at the executive level, craft campaigns, and coordinate cross-government efforts to influence strategic outcomes. Qualifications include an active TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a bachelor's degree, 10+ years in DoD/IC, and experience across perception management, MILDEC, and OPSEC.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of DoD/IC experience.
• 5+ years in Perception Management, MILDEC, Offensive Counterintelligence, or Deception in OPSEC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral & writing) skills.
• Experience preparing written reports and presentations for decision makers.
• Knowledge of executive-level advising and interactions.
• Ability to plan, work, and deliver independently and in diverse teams.
• Relevant DoD training courses (Joint Military Practitioner’s, Advanced Military Practitioner’s, MILDEC).

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee complex campaigns using advanced stratagems, tradecraft, and technologies.
• Plan discreet activities and recommend tech applications to meet long-range objectives.
• Provide objective information and analysis to support strategic decisions in high-threat environments.
• Build coalitions across US government departments to overcome bureaucratic obstacles.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings, reports, and summaries with clear recommendations.
