Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in a related field with independent work style.
• Strong network-building and opportunity identification in education-focused markets.
• Experience leading client engagements from proposal to project initiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to align multiple teams around client goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, communicate RLJA’s value proposition, and establish trusted advisor relationships.
• Build and expand relationships within client and prospective client organizations to create opportunities.
• Bring disciplines from across GMB teams into client relationships including referendum planning and campaign support.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout project execution.
• Promote trust, creativity, and knowledge sharing through open communication and mentorship.
• Oversee transition from proposal/interview phases to project team formation with the Project Lead.
• Collaborate with RLJA and K-12/Higher Ed teams to develop leadership strategies and best practices.
