• Bachelor's degree required with five+ years of progressively responsible experience in economic development or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with local, state, and regional partners; responding to RFIs and preparing proposals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, track benchmarks, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business recruitment projects from inquiry to completion.
• Develop BRE relationships with existing Cobb County businesses and assist expansion efforts.
• Lead redevelopment and revitalization initiatives for commercial corridors and targeted areas.
• Serve as project manager to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence; prepare updates and reports.
• Represent the department at local, regional, and national meetings and events.
• Assist with grant administration and incentive program management.
