Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst in eCommerce.
- Experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, development-ready requirements.
- Strong mapping of customer journeys and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Translate business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories.
- Write detailed acceptance criteria for development.
- Document business rules, requirements, risks, and success metrics.
- Map customer journeys and workflows to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and stakeholders.
- Support intake and prioritization by assessing impact and value.
- Ensure teams receive complete, actionable requirements.
