Job summary

Hypori is seeking a Strategic Account Director to manage and grow existing contracts with the Department of War (DoW). This role requires maintaining relationships with senior IT leaders and ensuring account expansion through renewal and retention of DoW contracts.

The ideal candidate will have an active Secret clearance, past military experience at the O-5 level, and a strong background in cybersecurity solutions. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package while working within a growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Comfortable in a 100-person SaaS company.
• Ability to maintain accurate account plans and renewal forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal, retention, and the commercial health of all active DoW contracts.
• Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as primary commercial point of contact for each assigned DoW account.
