Job summary

Hypori, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager of Federal Programs to own a portfolio of critical DoW engagements and drive delivery from implementation through adoption.

You will partner with Field Technical Services and the Strategic Account Director to ensure successful, compliant deployments in complex government environments. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of DoW program management, strong SaaS delivery experience, and a proven ability to manage executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of practical experience in DoW program management across complex, multi-program enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with software delivery methodologies and portfolio management for SaaS, on-premises, or hybrid deployments.
• Proactive and forward-thinking with ability to synthesize information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the definition, planning, execution, and monitoring of a portfolio of strategic programs and projects across the DoW.
• Coordinate and provide weekly program management across the lifecycle with milestones and risks.
• Develop Statements of Work and Government proposals and procurement documents.
• Represent the product and customer implementations in public forums and conferences.
• Monitor adoption and health across the portfolio and engage stakeholders to course-correct.
