• 2–5 years of experience in alumni and volunteer engagement, strategic relationship management, event and program development, or fundraising.
• Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual giving programs, coordinating with leadership giving and other college programs.
• Manage stewardship and donor relations initiatives and report to leadership.
• Oversee a portfolio of 25–50 prospective donors for Heinz College with gifts up to $25,000.
• Engage donors through visits and targeted communications; coordinate events.
• Collaborate with advancement staff to plan endowed and annual fund activities and gift closures.
