Job summary

The Signature Services AAE Partner at Emory Healthcare serves as a strategic liaison embedded within Signature Services to connect Advancement & Alumni Engagement (AAE) with frontline patient care operations. The role enables a seamless, high-touch donor and prospect experience and coordinates real-time relationship intelligence across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, patient services, care coordination, or related field.
• Experience working with high net worth clients, donor populations, or executive-level stakeholders preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Development Officers, Signature Services, and clinical teams to coordinate donor navigation support.
• Triaging high-priority navigation requests and routing them through Signature Services and AAE.
• Maintain documentation and tracking in the AAE CRM for continuity, confidentiality, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with AAE on engagement timing and program updates.
• Act as a front-facing partner for the navigation program with donors and key prospects.
