Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in account management, sales, recruiting, customer relationship management, or a related field, with demonstrated responsibility for managing multiple accounts or territories.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory. (from knowledge, skills and abilities)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of donor group accounts across schools, businesses, government agencies, religious organizations, and community partners.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for a high-volume portfolio of mobile blood drives annually (typically exceeding 100 events per year).
• Coach, train, and mentor volunteer drive chairs to optimize donor engagement and drive success.
• Represent SunCoast Blood Centers as the primary advisor to donor group leaders regarding best practices for successful blood drives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting to ensure data integrity and donor privacy compliance.
