Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in blood banking, donor services, or related operations.
• 3+ years in senior-level operational or executive leadership with multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of blood collection, donor recruitment, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and accountability for Donor Services, Donor Recruitment, the Contact Center, and Concierge @Home Donor Services.
• Maintain accountability for achievement of blood collection goals and operational objectives.
• Lead through directors and managers, ensuring staffing, workflows, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Establish priorities and hold leaders accountable for execution and results.
• Ensure departments operate as an integrated collection system aligned to blood needs.
