Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in donor engagement, stewardship, and nonprofit fundraising.
• Ability to develop strategies for major donors and leadership giving programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership donor engagement initiatives and annual engagement plans.
• Design personalized engagement strategies to deepen donor relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of leadership donors and volunteer leaders.
• Collaborate with gift officers to cultivate, solicit, and engage donors.
• Analyze engagement metrics to improve program effectiveness.
• Document donor interactions and engagement activities in Salesforce.
