Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Schedule Analyst to translate problem-solving, forecasting, and data analytics into actionable schedules. You will review Integrated Master Schedules, develop critical paths, and produce concise summary views for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring five years of DoD schedule management experience in space programs, proficiency with MS Project and Milestones, and a Secret clearance. This is an on-site, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of DoD schedule management experience in support of space programs.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Milestones Professional and government programs.
• Proficiency in performing program system level schedule analyses, assessments and reports.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented skills and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Review Integrated Master Schedules and identify opportunities to condense or simplify schedule detail.
• Identify methods to create or develop a critical path.
• Generate summary views for presentation to stakeholders.
• Stress test schedules and identify methods for robust analysis.
• Incorporate risks into schedules and assess schedule progress against the plan.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments, estimate durations, and analyze earned value data.
• Interface daily with government personnel and prime contractors.
