Job summary

A. Harold + Associates, LLC seeks a Senior Operations Manager to direct the H-53 program at NAS Patuxent River.

You will act as principal administrator and overall authority for the contracted effort, interfacing with Government authorities and driving technical excellence, resource allocation, and risk management. The role requires 10+ years in defense program management, a DoD Secret clearance, and advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required or able to obtain one.
• Master of Arts or Master of Science from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in defense program management, military operations, or contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort, ensuring compliance with SOW and performance standards.
• Serve as the principal liaison to Government program authorities on technical, program, and project management challenges.
• Direct and monitor contractor execution of performance metrics and milestones.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, staffing, and asset deployment for the program.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and technical integrity.
