A. Harold + Associates, LLC seeks a Senior Operations Manager to direct contract performance for the H-53 program at NAS Patuxent River.

You will be the primary interface to Government authorities, driving technical excellence and optimal resource allocation to support heavy-lift naval aviation. Qualifications

Must possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance to access the airfield and military installation.
Master of Arts or Master of Science degree from an accredited institution.
Over 10 years of progressive experience in defense program management, military operations, or contract administration.

Responsibilities

Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort, ensuring all deliverables meet standards.
Serve as the principal point of contact to Government program authorities on technical, program, and project management challenges.
Direct, evaluate, and monitor contractor execution of performance metrics, SOW requirements, and milestones.
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, staffing, and asset deployment for the program.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and technical integrity.
