Job summary

A. Harold & Associates is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to direct contract performance for the H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River.

You will serve as Key Personnel and act as the principal administrator and authority for the contracted effort. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, an MA/MS degree, and 10+ years in defense program management or contract administration, with strong leadership and stakeholder briefing abilities.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance required to access government facilities.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressive defense program management or contract administration experience.
• Executive leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to brief senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall contracted effort and ensure compliance with SOW and performance standards.
• Serve as liaison to Government program authorities on technical and project management challenges.
• Direct evaluation of contractor performance and milestones.
• Oversee resources, staffing, budgeting, and asset deployment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect schedule and technical integrity.
