Job summary

A. Harold + Associates, LLC seeks a Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst to drive lifecycle acquisition and program management for the H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, an MA/MS, and 10+ years of DoD acquisition experience, with expert DoD 5000 guidance and top-tier writing and analytical skills in a high-tempo Navy program office.

Qualifications

• DoD Top Secret with SCI clearance required.
• MA or MS from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of DoD acquisition management or program analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge of DoD 5000 series lifecycle and federal procurement.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills for executive briefs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, finalize, and defend complex program milestone documentation per DoD/SECNAV 5000 directives.
• Develop Acquisition Plans, ASRs, PIDs, SOWs/PWS, funding packages, CDRLs, and APBAs.
• Evaluate procedures and contractor docs to identify risks and compliance gaps.
• Synthesize program data to produce executive briefs, papers, and NAVAIR correspondence.
• Represent the program in formal reviews, milestone conferences, and working groups.
