Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
• High School diploma required; advanced education is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• U.S. Protected Individual Status required.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services including raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, and supplies based on MRP demand or purchase requisitions.
• Collaborate with suppliers for pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze ERP output and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Expedite purchase orders for pull-ins, past-due orders, and critical material needs.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, bid requests and related documents.
• Review supplier proposals; negotiate pricing and terms within budgets and authority.
• Maintain complete procurement records including costs, delivery status, quality, and inventory levels.
