Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to coordinate planning, scheduling, and documentation for Army weapon system acquisition programs. You will be the primary interface between organization leadership and ASA (ALT) leaders, managing calendars, meetings, and action items.

Responsibilities include maintaining program cost, schedule, and performance records, and ensuring timely distribution of materials and notes. US citizenship and ability to secure clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or higher degree with required years.
• Experience in supporting DoD engineering or complex programs within the last 10 years.
• Experience with acquisition program documentation and baseline development.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant Product Manager within an Army weapon system acquisition program.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects.
• Coordinate program documentation and signatures for meetings, briefings, and conferences.
