Job summary

DCS Corp in Houston seeks an Assistant Product Manager to plan, coordinate, and synchronize program management activities within Army acquisition programs.

You will interface with organization leadership and ASA (ALT) leaders, manage calendars, meetings, notes, and action items, and track status on assigned tasks and documentation. Security clearance and US citizenship are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with supporting government/DoD Property Management, Work Directives, Production Request, and/or Change Management.
• Minimum education/experience as listed: HS diploma with 16+ yrs exp; Associate degree +10 yrs; Bachelor’s degree +8 yrs; Master’s degree +6 yrs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and synchronize program management activities.
• Serve as primary interface between leadership and ASA (ALT) leaders.
• Manage calendars, meetings, notes, and action items; distribute materials.
• Coordinate documentation and obtain required signatures.
• Track status of tasks and reports for assigned engagements.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance of projects.
